Adopting pixel-by-pixel modulation technology, the system captures subtle reflected light changes and enhances the contrast between defective areas and normal paint surfaces. With self-developed decoding algorithms, it eliminates interference from body colors and ambient light, realizing clear imaging for vehicles of all colors.
Equipped with highly sensitive time-sequence coded light source, it supports robot flexible detection and multi-model mixed production. It realizes one-stop identification, positioning and classification of paint defects, covering all tiny flaws such as particles, fibers, craters, sheet metal damages, sags and bubbles.
Core Performance: Minimum detectable defect: 0.2mm; Defect detection rate: >97%; Missing rate: <3%; Cycle time: 50-70s. It replaces manual visual inspection with full-automatic vision detection to guarantee top-level painting quality of finished vehicles.
