This platform is designed for the final assembly station of a specific aircraft model. The base structure measures approximately 6 * 5 * 4 meters. The second-level platform is synchronously raised and lowered by six concealed servo-driven columns, featuring a rated dynamic load capacity of ≥1 ton and mechanical self-locking in case of power loss. The design is structurally compact and aesthetically pleasing.

A matching mobile access ladder moves in real-time with the platform, ensuring safe and convenient personnel passage. The work area is equipped with a one-touch electric telescoping panel: it is lightweight yet robust, with integrated collision sensors and laser/physical dual-limit switches at the front end. This design allows for rapid, efficient adaptation to tooling at various positions while maximizing product safety.

The platform is AGV-towed, with an AGV guidance and positioning system installed at its base. The deck integrates multiple functions, including an FOD collection system, pneumatic/power interfaces, and an electrical control system, transforming the platform into a fully mobile workstation.
