Fully Automatic Stud Welding Gun - TSH2X

The Fully Automatic Stud Welding Gun (TSH21) is mainly designed for mounting on robotic arms or columns to perform fully automatic stud welding, working with the power supply control system and stud feeder.The support rod can be installed on either the left or right side to avoid unreachable corners or edges. The customized linear motor enables precise control of stud lifting and lowering.
The welding gun can be equipped with argon shielding and flow detection functions, and is fully compatible with welding steel studs or aluminum studs. Applicable stud types include standard flange studs, large flange studs, earth studs and T-pins.
