The Stud Welding Power Supply and Control System (TSE2X) is a new-generation main unit for AC stud welding systems developed by Taguan. Based on a real-time closed-loop energy control system and combined with secondary inverter technology, it supports both AC and DC output and is fully compatible with steel and aluminum welding. The main unit can connect with fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual welding guns, and even supports mixed-mode welding. The control panel supports Chinese and English display switching with a clear and straightforward interface, facilitating the setting of all welding parameters such as welding current, welding time and lift height. It also enables real-time monitoring of welding results (including welding current, time, energy, etc.) and provides diagnostic alarms based on the results.
