It is equipped with an industrial-grade ARM controller and a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD). Paired with reliable end sensors, it achieves closed-loop energy control and rapid response, ensuring a stable and reliable welding process. The control panel supports Chinese-English language switching with a simple and intuitive interface, allowing easy setting of parameters such as welding current, welding time and lift height. It also features real-time data monitoring to track key indicators including welding current, time and energy, with automatic alarms triggered based on system diagnostics.
