The RLW-A integrates an optical seam tracker and a highly dynamic scanner in the same axis of the mirror set, and as the robot moves, the system tracks and measures the seam trajectory and adjusts the scanner mirrors in real time. Our patented coaxial tracking technology (where the working laser beam and the measurement beam are emitted from the same optical path) allows for above-average weld seam measurement accuracy, and the RLW-A ensures that the spot falling on the weld seam of the workpiece maintains a high degree of consistency and precision along the weld seam, thus making the RLW-A also suitable for processing three-dimensional contoured workpieces.
