Micro-torque Precision Tightening System | Ideal for Automotive Electronics
The challenge in automotive electronics (lamps, control units, sensors) is that micro-torque tightening accuracy is easily influenced by operation posture or overshoot caused by high rundown speed. IHS.001/002 is designed for these applications. Torque range: 0.2-2 Nm. Accuracy 6σ ≤±5%. It supports multiple tightening strategies.
● Handheld vacuum Screw Pick-up module & Screw Presenter.
● Auto-Learning: ICS controller supports Auto Tightening Parameters program. After tightening several screws, the tool automatically collects torque-angle curves and calculates the optimal target torque and monitoring windows. The learned parameters can be directly written into the tightening program.
