1、The Gocator 2715 smart 3D laser profiler is engineered with an all-new optical design to effectively suppress multi-reflection noise from highly reflective, complex surfaces, significantly optimizing imaging in tight corners and providing greater installation flexibility.
2、Pre-calibrated to scan micron-level details from the factory, it generates 3200 data points per profile with an X resolution down to $5.0\ \mu\text{m}$ and a scan rate up to 20 kHz. It features an extensive set of built-in tools for out-of-the-box use, easily capturing high-quality 3D point clouds on narrow edges, gaps, and groove structures.
3、Applications: Ideally suited for inspecting L-corners and V-grooves found on steel battery components and mobile phone midframes. It is widely deployed for precision inline quality inspection in the EV battery and consumer electronics industries.
