1、The Gocator 3520 3D smart snapshot sensor features a 5-megapixel imager, delivering an extended field of view alongside high XY resolutions, short exposure times, and fast data acquisition rates to achieve metrology-grade inline quality inspection.
2、Pre-calibrated from the factory , it leverages a blue LED light projection design to capture accurate 3D data in a single snapshot. It provides a 74-micron XY resolution and a field of view up to $175\times282\text{ mm}$ ; its rugged industrial design ensures a long service life while eliminating the cost of linear motion systems and minimizing errors due to vibration.
3、Applications: Perfectly suited for robot-driven quality control, stop-and-go part verification (such as piston bowl volume inspection) , and general factory automation applications.
