The key differentiator is the upgrade from "fixed program execution" to "adaptive process decision-making." Powered by a self-developed embedded MCU and an industrial AI large model, the machine tool integrates visual perception and industrial data reasoning capabilities. It can self-perceive changes in operating conditions, autonomously learn process parameters, dynamically compensate for machining errors, and provide predictive alerts. In high-mix, frequent changeover scenarios, it maintains high precision and rapid switching without manual intervention.
Taking gluing as an example: single-component glue volume error ≤ ±1%, two-component mixing ratio error ≤ ±2%; dispensing speed 0.1–50 ml/s, positioning accuracy ±0.02 mm, repeatability ±0.01 mm. Changeover time ≤ 15 minutes, single glue path cleaning ≤ 10 minutes. Compatible with viscosity ranging from 50 to 500,000 cps, supports single-component and two-component (mixing ratio 1:1 to 10:1), MTBF ≥ 5,000 hours, delivering both high reliability and flexible production.
