1. Raw material pretreatment station: Responsible for unrolling the coil and pretreating the material.
2. Roller forming station: Equipped with a PLC + servo dual drive control system and customized quick-release roller molds, it gradually bends and shapes the pretreated sheet metal, eventually rolling it into an open-ended tube blank.
3. Laser welding station: The core station of the production line. It is equipped with a fiber laser and an intelligent sensing system, featuring both weld seam tracking and in-process quality inspection functions. Through visual sensing and laser seam-finding technology, it can capture real-time deviations in the tube blank's weld seam position, and the servo-driven welding torch can quickly adjust its posture to avoid welding misalignment caused by sheet metal springback and feeding errors; it also dynamically detects the molten pool temperature, weld seam formation, and defects to ensure that the weld seam strength is consistent with the base material.
