TUENKERS Cutting Unit System
TUENKERS Cutting units are categorised by motion type into two types: PFS (rotary) and C-bracket (linear).
The main structure features a modular design, comprising primarily the drive unit, die unit, guide unit, sensor unit and bracket unit.
TUENKERS Cutting machines are commonly used in industries such as automotive body-in-white, household appliances and hardware products.
The modular design ensures our products feature a simple structure, easy maintenance, short lead times and low production costs.
Furthermore, the die unit can be changed quickly; in addition to cutting, it is also suitable for a variety of processes including marking, riveting, bending and punching.
We can also customise different products to meet specific customer requirements.

TÜNKERS Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1962 by Mr. J.G. Tünkers. Headquartered in an industrial area near Dusseldorf Airport in Germany, it now has more than 40 subsidiaries worldwide.
