The PAD Quality Check System is oriented to industrial automation scenarios, enabling batch inspection of hole-sealing patches on workpieces. Its core function is to determine the presence of patches and check whether their displacement meets specifications.
The system is equipped with high-performance industrial cameras and supporting vision components. The software is developed based on self-developed vision algorithms. Through synchronous image acquisition of all workpiece holes, feature comparison and precise calculation, it automatically identifies abnormalities such as missing patches and offset out-of-tolerance. Inspection results are uploaded to the main control system in real time to facilitate recheck and handling of NG products at subsequent stations.
By adopting a combination of multiple sets of cameras and self-developed light sources, the system realizes rapid fusion and recognition of multi-directional features under wide-field imaging conditions. There is no need to install cameras directly under the workpieces, which will not interfere with normal production operations.
It is widely applicable to various industrial vision inspection scenarios such as body patch detection, rubber plug sealing and product surface defect inspection, featuring high efficiency, stable performance and easy scalability.
