Protected Cameras & Light Sources are widely used in industrial scenarios such as spraying, welding, gluing and final assembly for industrial vision image acquisition.
The product series is mainly divided into standard, enhanced and special protection types, suitable for general, dusty and explosion-proof industrial environments. Users may select mainstream domestic and foreign camera models including DALSA, Basler, HIK and IDS as well as matching lenses. The power, color, lighting distance and coverage of light sources can be customized for specific working conditions.
The enclosure is integrally processed from high-strength aluminum alloy with sandblasting and oxidation surface treatment, delivering excellent corrosion resistance. Adopting a fully enclosed design with sealed connectors, the device utilizes a shell heat conduction structure for heat dissipation to meet the cooling requirements of cameras and light sources.
Multiple mounting solutions are available for flexible adaptation to diverse working conditions. When protected cameras are used together with supporting light sources, only one PoE network cable is required for external connection. The protected light source integrates multiple trigger modes and supplies power to the camera simultaneously.
