This hot pressing & laminating tooling is customized non-standard automated equipment developed for automotive interior parts, including instrument panel trims, door panels, seat back panels, glove box outer panels and more. It mainly meets the precise lamination requirements of leather, fabric and other covering materials with substrates such as PP, ABS and PC.
Adopting the integrated thermal activation & cold curing process, it realizes high-strength bonding between the covering layer and the base material.
