The Gap&Offset Measurement System is designed to measure and inspect gap parameters at typical positions of workpieces, including Gap and Offset. It assists production personnel in quality inspection and process control after workpiece assembly and before factory delivery.
The system performs collaborative scanning of gaps through linkage of robot signals, the main control system and measurement software. Self-developed intelligent algorithms are adopted to splice and fit point cloud data, enabling high-precision measurement of gap parameters. It also integrates functions such as out-of-tolerance detection, large-screen display, data query and statistics.
Combined with the independently developed visual positioning system to identify workpiece pose deviation, the system can guide robots to correct operation trajectories. This ensures the line laser probe carried by the robot accurately moves to the designated gap positions, and maintains consistent measuring positions for different workpieces.
