The Vision Position System is a core technology developed for industrial automation scenarios to meet robots’ demands for high-precision 3D positioning and guidance of workpieces.
The system can calculate the 6-DOF offset and spatial posture of workpieces in real time, realizing high-accuracy pose correction and adaptive guidance. With the advantages of non-contact measurement, it is widely applied in multiple industrial processes, including workpiece assembly, precision docking, vehicle body welding, automobile painting, chassis gluing, and posture correction of large aerospace workpieces.
Compared with traditional positioning solutions relying on laser equipment, external sensors and hardware mounting, the vision positioning system features rapid deployment, low comprehensive cost, high positioning accuracy, simple measurement operation and strong flexible adaptability.
