Our 3.6m ultra-wide roller hearth furnace (customizable furnace width) features an effective heating width of up to 3.4m, while the furnace width of similar production lines at home and abroad is mostly within 2.7m, leading the industry standard.
Adopting the patented heat insulation ring design independently developed by Heat United Intelligent Tech Co., Ltd, the equipment minimizes heat loss inside the furnace.
Compared with conventional 2.5m heating furnaces, it achieves an energy-saving effect of 15%-20%.
Our heating furnaces meet diversified production requirements, supporting transverse heating and discharging for one-module dual door rings, co-mold heating and discharging for left and right parts of single door rings, as well as integrated heating and discharging for multi-part such as one-module six-cavity products.
Both the Feeding and discharging ends of the furnace are equipped with a servo-controlled furnace door system, effectively reducing production energy consumption.
