AMTS 2026 Preview: Chinese Manufacturing Leaders and China-Based Global Players Driving the Future of Automotive Manufacturing

Today, China is more than the world’s largest automotive market. It has become a key innovation engine driving the transformation of the global automotive industry. Two pioneering forces are jointly pushing “Intelligent Manufacturing in China” to new heights.

Compact Hydraulic Power Unit innoCube Bosch Rexroth’s Compact Hydraulic Power Unit innoCube is a newly developed solution designed to meet the needs of the local Chinese market. Integrating all key functions into a compact footprint, the unit can be quickly started by simply connecting the power supply, filling hydraulic oil, and configuring data through the interactive interface. Real-Time Quality Inspection Solution (OCT) for Laser Welding of Hairpin Windings This solution coaxially integrates the OCT inspection beam path with the welding beam path, enabling real-time detection of the keyhole bottom depth during the welding process. It accurately captures penetration depth and weld fusion area data for each weld spot. By innovatively incorporating an EPS device for full-field coaxial alignment of the inspection and welding beams, and developing algorithms for positioning, segmentation, rotation, filtering, slicing, and fitting, we effectively overcome technical challenges such as keyhole tail fluctuation and beam coaxiality differences. The solution is compatible with complex processes including skip welding and multiple laser firings, which empowers customers to achieve their goal of zero-defect welding.
Intelligent Electric Drive Assembly Line
Motor / Electric Drive Test Bench Highly integrated with various specialized testing technologies, it supports flexible combinations of test modules according to different requirements. Together with Haosen’s self-developed automatic data acquisition and analysis system, the solution helps ensure consistency and accuracy in product performance testing.
