This demonstration uses the TS7508Pro charging board monitor for use in Egypt to complete the comprehensive performance test of the ion fan according to the industry standard, and visually show the electrostatic elimination capability and ion balance state of the equipment. Before the test, complete the start-up self-test of the instrument and reset the parameters, keep the standard distance of 30cm between the test board of the monitor and the air outlet of the ion fan, and adjust the fan to the highest wind speed position to carry out the test.


The demonstration completed three core tests in turn: first, the positive electrostatic attenuation was measured, and the attenuation time was 0.58 seconds. Then switch gears to test negative electrostatic attenuation, which takes 0.7 seconds. The two data show the faster electrostatic neutralization efficiency of the fan. Finally, the ion balance degree is detected, the instrument presents the voltage curve in real time, and finally the maximum value of the ion balance voltage is 4.2V, the average value is 1.7V, the value is close to 0V, and the ion balance performance is excellent.



The whole set of operation process specification, the instrument with high resolution accurate output data, but also automatically determine the test results. This demonstration completely verifies that the performance of the ion fan meets the standard, and also reflects the practicability of the TS7508Pro in the detection of electrostatic protection equipment, which can provide a reliable basis for electrostatic control and daily calibration of equipment in scenes such as electronic workshops.
